By 20, Chef Darian had moved to the United States to pursue culinary education at Erie Community College.

Since making his home in Western New York, Chef Darian has achieved significant milestones. He has been featured on notable platforms such as Food Network, CBS News, and ESPN. Additionally, he has cooked for Buffalo Bills players, including Mitch Morse and Taiwan Jones. Chef Darian is widely recognized as the owner of The Plating Society in Larkinville, where his culinary creations have won the hearts of many in the community.
