Over its 55 years as a funeral home, the house became infamous for its paranormal activity, attracting the spirits of those who had been laid to rest there.
Today, the Ivy League Psychic Academy, founded by renowned Psychic Medium Ivy Rivera, occupies the historic building. The academy uses the space for its training school and offers ghost hunts that attract numerous visitors.
